The America 250 flag I purchased in Feb 2026 is already fraying in the bottom right corner. The American flag I purchased a year ago from Harbor Freight - at a fraction of the cost - is still going strong.

Damaged Frayed and Ripped Flay in 2 weeks

My flag was only up for two weeks and it started fraying and ripping and I sent in a complaint to the company and they have not gotten back to me but they need to replace it. It is bad. I sent six pictures to them showing the different areas of the flag that were ripped and frayed. Also, the flag is too heavy and does not fly well as far as the look of the flag, it looks nice, but not when it’s ripped and frayed. Doesn’t fly well.

Top Quality Flag

The quality of the flag is wonderful though a little heavy to wave in a light wind, it has to be pretty windy out for it to wave on my flagpole. There was a hiccup in the shipping, it took quite a while to get but I contacted customer service, and they made sure they kept me updated on the status of my order. I hope they have that fixed; I am going to order another Semiquincentennial flag.

If I could give you zero stars I would. I ordered the flag 4 weeks ago and still haven't received it!!! I wanted to display it on my sons grave for St. Patrick's Day and for Irish Heritage Month and 1 is over and the second one is almost over. You can bet your bottom dollar that I will NEVER do business with your company again.
