Cancellation & Modification

How to change or cancel your order? If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Provide your order number and the modification you'd like to make, and we'll confirm the update once it's processed.

After 12 hours
No order modifications are allowed. The order will be locked for processing and no changes can be made.

  • For personalized orders, changes cannot be made after the order is completed and processed. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.
  • During high-demand periods, modifications may take a bit longer, but we strive to accommodate any changes as promptly as possible.

Replacement & Refund

To best support you, we prioritize resolving issues by offering replacement or refund options, rather than requiring you to return the item(s) physically. Our policy is designed to ensure a quick and easy resolution for your satisfaction, with the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Refund & Replacement:

  • We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee 100% satisfaction with our workmanship. If there are any defects or errors on our part, we will offer a replacement at no charge. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction allows us to offer refunds or replacements only if the product is defective upon delivery.
  • For non-flag items, you are granted a period of 30 days from the delivery date to request a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
  • For flag products, we recognize their unique meaning and value to our customers. That’s why we proudly offer a 6-month guarantee, covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Refund Scenarios

Refunds or replacements may be issued under the following conditions:
  1. Defective Products: You receive a defective product upon arrival.
  1. Damaged Items: Items that have been damaged during shipping or handling.
  1. Wrong Product Received: The item you received is different from the one you ordered.
  1. Product Not As Described: The item you received significantly deviates from its description or promised quality.
  1. Lost in Transit: If your product is lost in transit and never arrives, after verification with the carrier, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Exclusions

The following situations are not eligible for a refund or replacement:
  1. Change of Mind or Incorrect Purchase: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items if the customer changes their mind or purchases the wrong product. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
  2. Wrong Address or Missed Delivery: If the package is returned due to incorrect address information or missed delivery attempts by the carrier, we will not be responsible for reimbursement, refund, or resending the package.
  3. Security of Living Areas: If the shipping carrier confirms that the order has been delivered, but the item is lost due to security issues at the recipient's address (e.g., theft from the porch or mailbox), the product will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
  4. Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to receive the product, we will not issue a refund.

How to Request a Refund

If you experience any of the situations eligible for a refund as mentioned above, please reach out to us at support@flagwix.com with the following details:
  • Reason for seeking a refund
  • Essential evidence (such as photos of defects, damage, or discrepancies)
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Once we review the information, a refund will be processed based on the evidence provided.

Method of refund: The same form of payment used. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@flagwix.com.

Important Notice

We do not accept returns without prior approval. If you plan to return an item, please contact us first to obtain a return authorization. Any packages returned without our approval will not be processed for refund or replacement.
