Pinterest API Privacy Notice

Flagwix Ads Reporting is an internal reporting service used by authorized Flagwix staff to monitor advertising performance for Pinterest advertising accounts that Flagwix owns or is authorized to manage.

Information we receive

After an authorized administrator connects a Pinterest advertising account through Pinterest's OAuth 2.0 authorization flow, the service may receive read-only campaign analytics such as account and campaign identifiers, campaign names, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, conversion value, currency, reporting dates and attribution metrics. The service also receives OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to make authorized API requests. We do not collect Pinterest passwords or session cookies.

How we use Pinterest data

We use Pinterest campaign analytics only to provide a private internal dashboard, monitor Pinterest advertising performance and calculate business metrics such as return on ad spend. The integration is read-only and does not create, edit or delete Pinterest campaigns, ad groups, ads, Pins or Boards.

Access and sharing

Access is limited to authorized staff who need the information for advertising reporting. We do not sell, license or share Pinterest API data with data brokers, other advertising services or unrelated third parties. We do not use Pinterest API data to target advertising outside Pinterest.

Storage and security

OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect stored information. Campaign analytics are retained only while needed for the reporting service, business records and applicable legal obligations.

Revocation and deletion

An authorized administrator may revoke the integration through Pinterest. We delete OAuth credentials and related stored data when they are no longer needed or after a valid deletion request, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
