Processing Time: All orders are processed within . It takes 1 - 3 days to ship your order to our warehouse, put your name and address on it and ship out.
Shipping Time: You will receive your order from (depends on the destination) from the date that it is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or extreme weather conditions in some parts of the country, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Order over $99 for our FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard shipping: $6.99 for the first product. The order will automatically add $2.99 for each additional item.
Tracking Number: Once your order has left our warehouse, we will send you the tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.
For international shipping, tracking maybe stop once the package is handed over to the country’s international carrier. Full tracking (marked as delivered on tracking) is only provided for Canada and Australia.
Return & Exchange: If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly work with you to correct the problems. Items can be returned/exchanged and get a refund within 30 days of receiving the product, in an unlikely event of the damaged, defective or wrong item delivered to you.
